You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made using a method that is subsequently reversed, charged back, or disputed will result in the equivalent amount being deducted from your balance. Withdrawals can be requested at any time from the cashier section of your bet939 account, provided your account is verified and there are no pending compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• Bank transfer (IBFT): Same business day for requests submitted before 3 PM PKT; next business day for requests submitted after 3 PM.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this window will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances at bet939's sole discretion.

• Chargeback abuse: Initiating payment chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after having used the deposited funds for betting on bet939.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's payment method, or impersonating another player.
